       Social media has brought a lot to us, both good and bad from all ramifications. Well today, I would be addressing one of my favourites... Food and Photography!! (lol photos are the general idea right?) I'm one of those who are thankful for the means to be able to share the art of food, from various interesting people all over the world, sharing their recipes and colourful brands of food!
Well we will be looking into Nigerian dishes!!!
By the way, for you who is not here in my country presently, our food doesn't have a sweet and sour taste! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

First on my list is this delectable looking dish, I can eat this a million times and not get tired!
It's white rice, fried plantain and stew with catfish and sliced green beans toppings!

This combo is quite very popular in the country, eating the signatory Nigerian jollof, with the other accessories in the picture is one of the best ways to enjoy life πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜†

•Edikaikong!! It's a traditional calabar recipe. It is usually taken with eba, fufu, semovita, pounded yam, wheat, even tuwo shinkafa
Whoa! Eating this can be referred to as heaven on earth!πŸ€—πŸ˜‡

They are generally known as Vegetable soup, that is edikaikong, efo riro and so on

•This is a dish of Eba and ogbono soup with lot of assesoriesπŸ˜‚ and sliced okra toppings

 •Amala and Ewedu with pepper sauce and assorted!
This is quite a famous dish in the western part of our country Nigeria, the Yorubas specifically can do anything for this meal.... it is quite tasty!!

•Egusi Soup
It is widely and generally loved by all, in short you could win a man's heart with this dish, if properly prepared!
Looool just saying, I think it's the excitement that's speaking.
