•3 eggs
•1 tin of sardine
•1 onion bulb
•carrots, green beans, fresh pepper
•120ml of vegetable oil
•1 seasoning cube •salt
Procedure:
•Put a clean pot on fire, fill in with water to an average point, where the indomie is slightly below it when placed in.
•Let it boil for about 2 minutes then place your noodles... Keep close watch as you don't want an overcooked noodles.
•Remove the already cooked noodles and put in a sieve to dry.
•Put a clean fry pan on the fire, leave it to dry from any liquid then pour the 120ml of vegetable oil and leave for a minute.
•Pour your chopped onions, let it fry a little, then subsequently add the chopped carrot, green beans and pepper and sandine. Leave to fry for 2 minutes
•Put your seasoning cube (maggi star... any of your choice) and salt to taste.
•Pour your already stirred egg with salt (little quantity, pinch of.. If possible)
Don't stir. Leave to fry then flip over with your frying fork.. Hopefully the fry pan is big enough so it doesn't burn.
Fry a little then take off fire.
•Put your pot back on fire and put your noodles, with a little water so you can easily mix with indomies' seasoning.
Stir well and add your mixture of fried eggs, carrot, green beans, pepper and sandine. Reduce heat then stir again properly so all the ingredients blend with the noodles.
